About Us
Our Mission
At Jubilee Academy, we help your child get ready for kindergarten, learn all about Jesus, learn about all things rural, make friends and have fun! We're so excited for you to join our Jubilee family!
We also provide a home away from home for all of our awesome homeschool friends!!
Christian Curriculum
Here at Jubilee, we use the best faith-centered curriculums teaching biblical worldview foundations, encouraging critical thinking skills, offering lessons that support multisensory learning that are structured on educational best practices.
We encourage phonemic awareness and early literacy before enrolling into a primary school or continuing education via homeschooling.
We read bible stories from BJU Press Bible Truths and also from My Father's World Bible for Preschoolers. Students also enjoy Superbook videos that bring those bible stories to life and hands-on crafts and activities from Experience Early Learning with Mother Goose and Experience God Christian Curriculum.
We recite the Pledge of Allegiance daily, sing and pray.

We also love to garden, preserve our harvest and tend to our backyard chickens.
I am a preschool teacher for my local church on Sundays and may have already met some of you there! Having a biblically based and play-centered curriculum is very important to me as children naturally learn through play, exploring and discovery. I am passionate about leading children to Jesus Christ; I just love when the kids get excited about Jesus.
I am pursuing furthering my education in early childhood education. I am a licensed provider approved by the state of Indiana, a certified substitute teacher, CPR and First Aid certified. I love when children's eyes light up when they learn & discover something new!

I work as a bus aid intermittently for our local schools in town providing children with emotional support and safekeeping during what can become challenging and stressful situations for them.
I am a mother of 6 and a grandmother to 14 grandbabies: my oldest grandson, Kyler, graduates from NPHS this May.
I truly enjoy every child I encounter as they are all uniquely special, just as God made them. Some of our Jubilee kids refer to me as Mimi, because they have heard my grandchildren call me this - and that's okay by me, I can be their Mimi too.
I am an assistant provider approved by the state of Indiana and certified in both CPR and First Aid.

We offer several class options and before and after care. Your child can enroll for 2-3-4 or 5 days of class each week. We operate on a full 10-month schedule.
Before care starts at 7AM and after care ends at 5PM.
Class only students arrive between 8:30-8:45AM and are picked up between 11:30-11:45AM.
We offer a Stay & Play option until 2PM
We offer several class options and before and after care. Your child can enroll for 2-3-4 or 5 days of class each week. We operate on a full 10-month schedule.
Before care starts at 7AM and after care ends at 5PM.
Class only students arrive between 8:30-8:45AM and are picked up between 11:30-11:45AM.
We offer a Stay & Play option until 2PM daily.
Students enrolled in before care, or "all-day" class+care, who arrive no later than 8:15AM, will be offered breakfast. This meal is served prior to class-only students' arrival.
All students bring a packed lunch to school daily. This lunch should contain an icepack if needed as fridge space is limited. We will gladly heat any food items needing reheating to consume.
We provide an AM snack around 10:15 and a PM snack around 3:30-4:30.
We do follow somewhat parallel with our local school closures so please take a look at our school calendar in the Parent's Corner to learn about closure dates.
Jubilee Academy will never close for inclement weather.

Jubilee Jam Summer Playschool
Jubilee Jam is our summer playschool program and is separate from Jubilee Academy.
We offer two 3-week sessions over summer break incorporating a fun event or activity each day. *We also offer all-day care outside of Jubilee Jam during select weeks - please see the calendar in the Parent's Corner for available dates.

We offer two 3-week sessions over summer break incorporating a fun event or activity each day. *We also offer all-day care outside of Jubilee Jam during select weeks - please see the calendar in the Parent's Corner for available dates.
Children can enroll for the class-only portion or all day. The daily event will be scheduled between 9-11:30AM daily (class portion) with free play during all other times. If a scheduled water day, inflatables and water activities will be made available for the majority of the day.
Please note the calendar frequently so you know which days are scheduled water days.
Our sessions for summer 2024 are as follows:
Session 1:
June 3rd - June 21st
Session 2:
July 8th - July 26th
All children will need the following items daily:
Labeled water bottle
Packed lunch if attending all-day or enrolled in stay & play
Sunscreen applied prior to arrival and labeled sunscreen in each child's personal bag
Hat and/or sunglasses if needed
An extra set of clothes
Towel, swimwear, and/or swim diapers if needed for water day
*Water days are subject to weather and will be rescheduled as needed.
